At Gramp’s, we take our shipping seriously and makes sure your orders arrive to you on time. Learn more about our Delivery Time, Track Your Order, Delivery Service Provider, and Shipping Fees below.
 

 

DELIVERY TIME

  1. Delivery process will only commence after payment verification.
     

  2. Gramp’s offers multiple delivery options. Depending on which option you choose, the delivery time varies.
     

  • CITY-LINK EXPRESS (Malaysia Courier Service)

    • West Malaysia 1-3 working days (for remote areas, could take up to 8 days)

    • East Malaysia 3-5 working days ( for remote areas, could take up till  10 working days)

       

Please note that we are not able to provide a guarantee on the delivery time as we engage third party delivery service providers.



TRACK YOUR ORDER

As soon as your order is shipped, we will send you a Shipment Notification email that your parcel is being shipped together with the tracking number. You can also view this information by signing into your member’s account under Purchase History.
 

You may log-on to City-Link website to view the status of your delivery with your tracking number.

SHIPPING FEES

Shipping rates are calculated based on weight, dimensions, origin, and destination, depending on your on your selected delivery service option. Your shipping fee (if any) will be clearly indicated at the time of checkout based on the choice of your delivery service option.

 

DELIVERY SERVICE PROVIDER

Gramp’s engages third party delivery service providers to handle all delivery orders. Gramp’s therefore has no control over the operating procedure by the third party delivery services. When there is a problem in the delivery process, please do notify us by sending an email to sales@grampsasia.com. We will endeavour to assist you to the best of our ability to ensure that you receive your package.

SELF-PICK UP

Gramp’s does not provide a self-pick up location for your orders.
